Job Summary

The position requires significant interaction with the Sales Team, as well as customers, in order to review and address discrepancies in customers specifications and quality agreements. Responsible for: addressing customer inquiries, questionnaires, drafting product or company statements, supporting calibration program, sampling material and coordinating laboratory testing, and internal and external audit support as needed. Must be able to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-pace environment.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Perform/coordinate customer product questionnaires for the USA and International
  • Issue/initiate customer documentation requests and product statements
  • Assist with customer compliant investigations
  • Conduct GMP training
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Review and coordinate Quality Agreements
  • Maintain calibration program
  • Support cGMP sampling

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science in a related field of science
  • Three (3) years Quality auditing or regulatory experience in pharmaceutical or food
  • Basic familiarity with 21 CFR, FDA, change control, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Diplomacy, good writing and communication skills, tenacity, public speaking, multitasking

Customer Service Representative | Patterson, NY, USA

Job Summary

The position requires significant interaction with the customers, as well as the sales team, in order to review and address discrepancies in customer specifications and quality agreements. Responsible for: the order processing and customer requirements for given territory(s) (Domestic and International) to ensure on time delivery, product availability, and overall customer satisfaction. This position also serves as the assistant for customer service sample requests.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Process customer sales orders / sample orders in a timely manner
  • Comply with company SOPs and GMP standards
  • Manage customer requirements
  • Practice inventory management policies - FIFO
  • Work with outside warehouses to ensure on time order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
  • Understanding of delivery terms and logistical planning
  • Product knowledge
  • Timely response to customer inquiries
  • Control and organize daily critical situations to ensure quick resolutions
  • Support the Sales Team, VP of Sales, and Marketing Manager with forecasting and sales reporting
  • Assist in coordinating the resolution of customer complaints
  • Assist in the collection of overdue payments
  • Other projects as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 year Associate Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite recommended
  • Strong verbal, written, and math skills and an eye for detail
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
